So, one of the questions I am asked the most frequently (besides if my Dad is single. For the record, he’s not…still married to my Mom after over 40 years!) is “Who would you most like to interview that you haven’t yet interviewed?”
First, let me say that I am SO blessed to have been able to interview and write about some insanely AWESOME people just in the past year alone. It seriously amazes me when I stop and reflect on all the good places God has opened doors for me to pursue in this past year. I’ve been able to cross quite a few things off my bucket list, for which I am so crazy thankful!
Of course, I figure that as relatively young as I am, when I cross one thing off my bucket list I need to add two new things to the list to strive towards. When I crossed off the one person in the world I most wanted to interview last spring, I added someone new (and I hope above hopes that you know who I’m talking about when I tell you who it is!)
That person is Andy Mineo.
Regardless of whether you are already enjoying Mineo’s latest CD, Heroes for Sale, or not, this is what you need to know about why I want to interview Andy Mineo: I am a story person. There is not much I enjoy more than hearing a person’s story, and from what I have read of Andy Mineo he has a really amazing story. Plus, I am somewhat addicted to Heroes for Sale and can no longer listen to it in the car while I’m driving because I tend to want to write down lyrics and the questions I have about the songs and that would be…well, dangerous. In case you don’t know much about Andy Mineo, you can check out his testimony in the video link below…and of course, be sure to check out Heroes for Sale!
